Located a stone's throw from the beach and amenities, this 60 m² single-storey apartment offers a perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy.

The Art_Britel apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms of 13 m², a beautiful living space of 30 m² with a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. You will also have direct access to the garden and its terrace from the living room, where you can relax or enjoy a moment of conviviality. A parking space is dedicated to the accommodation and access is directly from the lakeside road.

The accommodations are independent, accessible for wheelchair users as it is located on the first floor. However, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The apartment is decorated by Benoit himself, with many works of art that he has created. Benoit, passionate about creation and travel, will be delighted to share his artistic universe with you and to welcome you warmly. You will be able to discover his works throughout your stay and benefit from his advice to explore the region, whether for activities such as hiking, canyoning or paragliding.
