Ideal for student familles and visitors to the medical center No onsite restaurant but a pantry where you can buy basic microwave meals . We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . ”

“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“I thought the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and a lot to offer and I really liked how fast everybody was.”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Very convenient to the Durham Bulls Ballpark and the Durham Performing Arts Center. Both located together, with Aloft in the middle.”

“Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.”
