  • This newly renovated Lakehome on Superior Shores has stunning shoreline views, a large kitchen with updated appliances, 2 cozy wood burning fireplaces and comfortably sleeps 9.
    The main floor offers 1 bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has a large island with ample seating, a living area with a fireplace and an outside deck with a large gas grill.
    The upper level offers 1 bedroom with a queen and twin bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and an open loft area with king bed and a view of the lake.
    The lower level offers a master suite with a king bed, a large living area with a sofa, high top tables, a fireplace and an outside deck. The large bathroom area offers an over-sized shower and a Finnish sauna.
    The outdoor community pool/hot tub is open May-early October weather permitting. The town of Two Harbors is a short 2 miles away and offers many shops, eating options and its very own Castle Danger Brewery.

Did not use fireplace or pool area but nice to have if really wanted to use them rooms where good sized and beds where very comfortable,nice variety of games and books if weather is not cooperating and need to stay indoors I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a very nice place to stay if you are in the area.

Hosts were great! Place was in perfection condition when we arrived. Hosts were always quick to respond to any questions. We had 11 people in our group (4 kids) and this place accommodated us perfectly. Views were stunning and the sauna was a plus!

Our family has been enjoying this lake home for years. The space is impeccable, communication is prompt and helpful, and the hospitality and special touches are heartwarming. Excellent location with one foot in city comforts and the other in the wild beauty of North shore lake/rivers/woods/waterfalls. We will return.

Beautiful spacious home to enjoy. Close to many great hiking trails, restaurants and outdoor activities as well as Duluth aquarium and zoo. Black sand beach was a must see. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Best, well stocked VRBO ever! Loved our stay so much!

Fabulous property at an excellent location. The house was clean, outfitted with everything we needed (and more!). The sauna is amazing, and even allows for a cold plunge in Lake Superior, just steps away from the lower deck. The views from the upper deck were amazing (incl. sunrises). The hosts are very responsive and care for their guests. Easy access to everything the North Shore provides, including the various State Parks (Gooseberry, Split Rock, Tettegouche).

This property was well stocked, well maintained, clean, easy to find. The amenities were enjoyed by our three generation family. The weather could have been more cooperative but since the property was so comfortable, it was a pleasure for us to spend time together. There were clear directions for everything, including the sauna. Being close to the Lake Superior allowed us to relax strolling on the beaches. We definitely would recommend it to others & would consider coming back. (It comfortably slept 3 couples & 3 kids.). Thanks for sharing your beautiful place!

This home is in an absolutely beautiful location on Lake Superior. You can basically walk out the back door down to the water to see breathtaking views and walk the beach. This was perfect for our family! I was able to run on trails nearby in the mornings and my kids played tennis at the courts down the road every day. The community hot tub felt great at the end of a long day too! All 6 of us enjoyed the views of the lake from all floors of the home and truly appreciated amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap included. The hosts were incredibly kind and prompt when we had questions and provided great instructions for check in. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place for a girls weekend! It was very unfortunate about the wild fires but we definitely had a bird eye view of all the action. Felt like we were well informed about them and if we needed to evacuate they were keeping us informed. Highly recommend. Nice having a bathroom on each level. Well stocked kitchen and nice to have fireplace as it was chilly

This was our third stay at this lake home! It is a great location for a north shore getaway. Wayne and Pat are excellent hosts and the home has everything you need. We enjoy the sauna and the Lake Superior views are amazing!

Wayne and Pat were wonderful to work with, and the home had a beautiful view of the lake! The house itself was really comfortable and had everything you'd need for a lovely stay, including enough beds for a large family to stay. We will definitely be coming back next year!
