The space
The "Sunrise" house is designed to offer a unique living experience, highlighted by its prime riverfront location and breathtaking unobstructed views of the sunrise. The architecture and layout of the house are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the natural light that floods the interior each morning. Large windows and open spaces create a seamless connection between the indoors and the beautiful outdoor scenery, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquil views of the river and the sky as dawn breaks.

The property features a well-designed two-story home with a heated two-car garage. The main floor includes two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed, a modern kitchen, a large dining room, a laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Accessibility is prioritized with a convenient wheelchair ramp available upon request.

The basement offers additional family room space, including two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, a shared bathroom, and a sauna for relaxation. The large family room is furnished with 2 pull-out couches, a designated play area for children located under the stairs, and a walk-out patio, providing a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

SELF CHECK-IN:
Our self-check-in system is designed to provide guests with a convenient way to check in without assistance.

We ask guests to complete their check-in between 4 PM and 8 PM. This is to ensure we can help you effectively and prevent any inconvenience or difficulty in reaching us later in the day if you have any issues.

A door code and check-in directions will be included in your welcome letter 3 days before your arrival.

GETTING SKI VOUCHERS:

• Request the total amount of vouchers at least 3 days before your arrival date.
• Pay additional fees.
• We will deliver your vouchers to your home.
• Take the voucher to the ticket counter to redeem your lift tickets and sign a waiver.

RULES:

• Vouchers can only be used during the dates of your reservation.
• Only an ADULT full-day lift ticket is available.
• No refunds for unused vouchers.
