SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

All three bedrooms are upstairs:
• Primary suite: king bed, private ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and closet.
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and closet.
• Main-floor living room: queen sleeper sofa. Linens for the sleeper sofa are stored in the upstairs hall linen closet.

Every bedroom has nightstands on both sides of the bed with reading lights and convenient standard outlets, USB ports, and USB-C ports. The upstairs hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both showers include wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

EPIC GAME ROOM

The garage has been transformed into a huge entertainment space with dramatic lighting, vibrant artwork, a full-size pool table, a four-player arcade loaded with more than 11,000 games, a 62-inch TV, a large sofa, and a recliner. It is ideal for family tournaments, rainy-day fun, movie nights, or watching the big game.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

The kitchen is ready for quick breakfasts or full meals, with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, microwave, range, blender, Instant Pot, baking sheets, pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, wine glasses, freezer-chilled beer mugs, an electric hot-water kettle, and a drip coffee maker with a built-in whole-bean grinder. The coffee maker uses a reusable wire-mesh filter, so paper filters are not needed.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR COMFORTS

Enjoy a bright main-floor living area with a gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, central air, 2.5 bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer. Outside, relax on the patio, cook on the grill, and enjoy the private backyard.

The home is in Hermantown, just outside Duluth, with convenient access to I-35 and an easy drive to Spirit Mountain, downtown Duluth, Canal Park, Lake Superior, and the start of the North Shore. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, sightseeing, visiting the Aerial Lift Bridge, exploring local parks and trails, or heading north for waterfalls, scenic overlooks, and shoreline adventures.
