  • Detta storslagna viktorianska hem byggdes 1895 och vackert restaurerades. Hemmet ligger nära Downtown Duluth och bara 3 kvarter från Duluths Lakewalk och 1. 7 miles från Canal Park. På andra våningen finns 5 sovrum, alla med eget badrum. King Suite har ett bifogat sovrum med en bäddsoffa i drottningen. På bottenvåningen finns en stor matsal, salong, bibliotek, biljardrum, musikrum och ett ätkök. Beautiful home and wonderful host. Very communicative and patient (she also had many great suggestions on local restaurants and bars) ☺️ so happy with our stay and we would love to be back

Perfect stay

We have stayed here before once and this was our second time here. It was a perfect stay with all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is at a perfect location and the host we good in communication.

The only real surprise was the "entire house" turned out to just be the "first and second floor". The third floor is occupied by a tenant. This turned out to be no big deal. The only way you knew the tenant was even around was their vehicle was parked in the tenant parking spot on the driveway. The house was very clean. Most of the beds are quite soft. A couple of the bathrooms have been updated otherwise expect a quirky turn of the century Victorian home. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family escape

We enjoyed our stay and spent time out on the front porch just catching up as we sipped our coffee and planed our days. The location is very convenient for heading out to the north shore and when heading down to the downtown area. Good restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. We had an enjoyable stay. The kids loved the house.

Christmas in Duluth

We stayed here for the holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. The owners had snow cleared and all ready for us to park in the back, so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. The house was clean, warm, and cozy, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for multiple large family meals. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean. Check in easy. Host communicates well, responds quickly, and is accommodating . Safe, convenient location. Perfect for 11 of us. Comfy beds and visiting spaces. The outside porch was especially wonderful for morning coffee and lovely visits. Plenty of sitting space.

The property is just as listed. It was clean, well stocked, and a beautiful historic home. It accommodated our family group of 14 very well.The owners were great to work with.

Family wedding weekend

Great spot for large family gatherings. We had 13 people for a family wedding and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, large porch to have cocktails and conversations, close to everything. Great communication from the owners before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome home! Awesome stay!

Our whole family stayed in this beautiful historic home. The owner was helpful and we had everything to cook dinner each evening! Loved the billiard room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms! A wonderful adventure! Highly recommend!!
