My room didn’t have a water heater which I expected to have because some pictures in the website, literally I can see that in the photos. Other than that, it was great stay. Clean and price is quite good for solo traveler.

Room price is definitely affordable for the room that you are getting. Hotel location is 10-15 minutes away from Downtown Dumaguete. It's just that the restroom is transparent which is kinda awkward 'cause you can see what your friend/loved one/partner is doing. 😅

Valuable for the money $17 for a private room

The hotel itself is good and comfortable for the price I paid for. However, it's not surrounding by restaurants or shops had to bike for about 5 mins to reach to the downtown.

The street through the hotel is rough and dusty and its muddy when it rain. On duty staff was not accommodating and was not pleasant.

가격에 비해서 깔끔했습니다. 주변에 둘러보면 마사지집, 패스트푸드, 마켓 등등 왠만한 건 다 있고 공항에서 가깝고 나름 만족했습니다.

Bad mannered guest.

The only negative is that there was another guest who was very rude to staff and wanted to argue at 1am in the morning. The staff member should have said It is very late and you are disturbing the other guests, we will sort it out at a reasonable time but the staff member continued to try and reason with a person who was drunk n angry.It was a no win situation. In my opinion the staff should not tolerate bad behaviour from any guest at any time let alone when others are trying to sleep.I had been there for a week and had a couple of disturbances from same guest. I am planning to return for another 4 nights after Siquijor and I really hope this is under control. Every other aspect is fantastic.

The room is very basic but that was what we were expecting. The bed is quite comfortable and TV channels are plenty. The shower was fine and the room was clean. The big issue here is the lack of a safe; either in the room or at reception. The locked draw at reception needs to be upgraded to a safe at reception.Otherwise a good value for money option just out of town.

it’s a great bargain, bang for your buck. very affordable and fair. i got a single bed with a personal bathroom on ground floor. it’s close to the beach, airport and right across the golf course!

Modern, clean, new, nice hotel. Good experience

Clean, modern, new and comfortable. The building, rooms and common areas are nice, with nicely kept grassy grounds. Nice modern clean stone bathroom. Water pressure for shower was low on one morning - not sure if this is a regular issue - it was fine at all other times. The location is a little way from the centre of town (25 minute walk or easy tricycle) but is close to the airport (less than 20 minute walk). Similarly priced hotels more central look to be less value - they look old and tired. So ultimately you make a choice at this price range: slightly further out for a nice modern experience, or closer in with a lower quality hotel. Overall, a positive experience, and I would happily stay again.

Bit far from Dumaguete center....but very clean small cheap hotel... Room bit small, but bed very good, aircon also and nice small bathroom... And small terrace on green garden....good address..

Новый, чистый и светлый номер (в реальности номер выглядит лучше, чем на фото). Дружелюбный персонал. В лобби можно купить чай, кофе и печенье. Отличный сигнал интернета. При бронировании учли все мои пожелания!
