“Can’t park yourself but they do it for you. Staff were friendly”

“Underbar pool. Jättetrevlig frukost, hjälpsam personal. Läget var toppen. Hotellet ligger precis vid en tunnelbanestation, bara två stopp från Seongsu.”

“No response, no customer service.”

“Room okay, relatively clean and good size. Breakfast was mainly Korean basics consisting of rice, soup and kimchi. Pool area was not included in the stay, even though it said so on hotels.com description. We couldn’t access the gym because we didn’t bring any inside gym shoes. Pool and gym were in different buildings a short walk from hotel. If you plan to visit Lotte world I think the area is a good choice, otherwise stay somewhere north of Han river. ”

“직원들의 태도가 불량하다”

“깨끗한 시설과 직원분이 친절해서 매우 좋았습니다”

“The location of the hotel was very good. Really liked the locality and very close to the lotte world and metro station. The CU opposite to the hotel it was very accessible.”

“Good for for the value. But consider that it’s far from the main locations”
