âWe have traveled a lot and we have visited a lot of countries. In USA if you donât book the top hotels with 4-5 stars itâs usually very worn down and quite dirty. This hotel is very fresh, quite new but also very well cleaned. All the girls that worked at the check in were great and had big smiles. Room was super fresh. Obviously itâs not a luxury hotel but for the standard itâs actually the best one we have stayed in so far.â
âThis was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well worth the price and the staff served you your drinks the soon as you walked in. Cleared the tables while dining, refilled drinks, fresh fruit. The pool & hot tub were absolutely amazing. Big, beautiful and relaxing. Nice big splash area with only 9 inches of water for toddlers. We were sad to find the pool closed, but again, the staff exemplified what hospitality is all about and offered other ways for us to have a 5 star experience, and did it upfront, happily, and without making us feel like an imposition. âEasy check in and check out procedure. My incidental hold was only 20$ which was pretty cool to me. Breakfast was yummy and simple but keep in mind it is a hotel breakfast, not a 5 star restaurant. Area is secluded and quiet but close enough to freeway entrance. Room was clean and hotel was quiet! Would absolutely stay again!â

âThe staff at this hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, had plentiful amenities, was affordable and a solid continental breakfast. Didn't hurt that the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and was located in a convenient area if you're into exploring West Virginia. Highly recommended.â
