The high spec home is within walking distance of the local village, and has scenic surroundings including a range of Roman heritage sites and countryside trails. Downstairs; there is a large living area with seating for your group and a television for streaming. This leads to the kitchen with an impressive kitchen island, table and chairs, a stand alone fireplace and all utensils you could need for cooking and tea or coffee. There are two downstairs bedrooms; one with a king sized bed and another at the front of the property that has a single with pullout bed. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet with heated bidet seat and a shower. Upstairs; the main bedroom features a super king bed and an en-suite that includes a shower and toilet with heated bidet seat. Bedroom two has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a single with pullout bed making this a comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests. The main bathroom contains a toilet with heated bidet seat and a bath for relaxation during your stay. The washing machine and dryer are accessed via a door in the bathroom. Externally there is a large back garden and a drive-way with free parking. Guests have full access to the property. The conservatory of this property is currently under maintenance and will not be available to guests until further notice.
