Elegant Camp Estates at Larnach Castle, Dunedin
Our stay at Camp Estates at Larnach Castle was lovely. From the moment we rang at the gate to check in until the moment we drove away we were pampered and spoiled with royal service. The accommodations are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The view is second to none, as it looks down over the Otago Harbor. Every detail was just perfect. We look forward to returning.

I really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of all the staff. The accommodation is outstanding but the staff are the heart of the place. Enjoyed meeting other guests.

It would be hard to find a more pleasant place to lodge the night. Wonderful rooms, the service was excellent. Very satisfying. And the weather allowed us magnificent views up the harbour.

美しいです
新しくてとても美しいホテルです。オタゴ湾の景色も夜景も最高でした。部屋数が少ないのでB&Bのようなおもてなしを受けられます。夕食は雰囲気のあるお城でいただけますが、もう一つのラナークロッジの方々と同席で一つのテーブルを囲むことになります。そういうのが苦手な人は避けた方が無難です。ただそうなると他のレストランを探すのは難しい場所にあります。

Top place to stay
The accommodation is amazing, there are only 5 rooms in the property, so small just how I like. 5 star in every way. As a guest you can go to dinner at the castle, was a great experience too (it's not free). The Otago peninsular is great, beaches, wildlife and scenery.

Fantastic lodge with great views
We stayed one night at Camp Estate, and had a great experience. Our hostess Vivi was very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful- very well appointed, with a gas fire. Breakfast was included and was a full cooked breakfast of your choice, dining with the other guests. We were in Dunedin to go to a concert. Vivi arranged transport for us into Dunedin, and back afterwards. Our bus driver was very informative and helpful. Though the lodge is on the peninsula rather than in town, I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The views were spectacular, the staff wonderful and the rooms luxurious. It also had the added bonus of being within easy walking distance of Larnach Castle, a great local attraction.

Great location with lovely views over peninsula.
Attractive well furnished room. Good breakfast. Pleasant walk to the impressive Larnach Castle with free entry for Camp guests.

Absolutely wonderful.
This place was amazing! Our room was stunning. As we pulled up, we were met by Roger who was the host. He was so helpful and hospitable. Dinner at the castle is a must! What a lovely evening we had there. In the morning, Roger and Sandra cooked breakfast for us which was just wonderful. Sandra was very helpful and caring as well. It felt like we were staying with family! Thank you both for a wonderful experience at a wonderful place. If you're in Dunedin, stay here!

Echt was besonderes!!
Zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt, dafür inmitten grüner Hügel und Schafen gelegen! Super Service und herrliches Frühstück ! Auf alle wünsche wird sofort großartig eingegangen !! Zimmer (bis auf die etwas fragwürdigen Tapeten) wunderschön inkl. freistehender Badewanne ! Vor allem Für Pärchen sehr zu empfehlen!! Ich würde auf jeden fall wieder kommen!!
