If you had mentioned you were too hot we would of advised that all rooms have thermostatic controls which can be regulated by each occupant. As mentioned in our guest folder we can also supply fans to aid with temperature. We do hope that we can welcome you back again in the future.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for your review. We apologise for any disturbances you may of had during your stay. We tend not to attract the younger, party goer guests and have no log/records from our night staff regarding noise complaints on the date of your stay. If we have been advised of any problems we would of course addressed the issue immediately. Based on the information provided we have sent our maintenance staff to check and adjust the door closers. Again we apologise and hope that you will visit us again in the future.
