“The hotel was clean, comfortable, and our room had a beautiful view of the sunset. The part that stood out was the friendly staff and amazing customer service. We were there Thanksgiving & asked about hours of establishments. Staff called and verified hours for us, found options for food and entertainment! Small town with big love! Thank you!”

“We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and clean. The hostess was so kind and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. The location is great for Grout Museum and downtown Waterloo. The breakfast was delicious!! ”

“A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”
