“Lovely location, amazing nature, great food in the restaurant. However, the rooms are very small for 5 people, despite one being a child. Rooms are also very dark, but clean.”

“This is a country home, pure and simple- it’s an hour away from groceries and there’s stuff in the yard. But that’s the magic of this place…quiet, surrounded by nature (including Forest Service- and National parkland, bright stars, and a great place to throw a log in the stove and hang. The kitchen is well equipped (induction stove if you’re bringing an extra large pot for example), and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“The house was lovely and, for the most part, as expected. The basics are there, although the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty upon arrival. There aren't many "extra" touches, like side tables near the beds or seating other than the beds in the bedrooms. But the trip was great nonetheless for a long weekend away with the family. We would definitely return. And, the host was responsive when I called which is always a plus. ”
