Great location, facility is well maintained. Place has everything needed. I did have to clean the shower and the floor, because it was not clean well. But, overall this place was a great place to get away. And be close to both KP Hole and Rainbow Spring parks.

Home was spacious and very clean, well put together. We did have to pay for the kayaks, which I wasn't expecting, as well as a launch fee at KP Hole. If you are ill in any way (I am going through Chemo), it's a long hard walk with the kayaks to KP Hole, about 10minutes, I timed it three times. The park is really nice, great amenities and the people were all very nice.

This i a very nice place to stay. Sunny is a great host. I am a guitar player but didnt want to check my guitar while flying and carry it along with bagage. I asked Sunny if he had any access to accoustic guitar just as whim. But, Sunny came through with my off the wall request. It was a great week!

Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also.

The cabin was lovely. The bed was comfortable great area for a family with kids couple of different fireplaces and the cabins were much more spacious than a hotel room. Close to a swimming hole.

This is a well planned space in a small community with all the the needs of a short, or extended stay, provided. From the living room with recliners, a fully supplied kitchen with modern appliances and ammenites, the laundry (nice to have when one is planning on enjoying the nearby creek resort paddle boarding, floating, kayaking and swimming), to the bedrooms and baths. Much care has been taken to assure the guests needs are met. The host is very responsive and caring. The location is central to many of Florida's other Springs and attractions as well.

Loved the location and the amenities. The porch was a nice evening spot though wish it had a fan being that it was July. Loved the full kitchen and used to pack lunches for our paddling at KP hole min away. Nice and Tranquil.

Great get away!

Great get away for the family! We recommend going to Rainbow River that is about a 10 minute drive away and is the most beautiful area for all day swimming and is only 5 to enter the park.

It was a great stay. I loved that the air was nice and cold. Ice maker worked which was also very nice. Things that could be improved, paint touch ups, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Also I love a ceiling fan in the bedrooms.

So Much Fun

We went for a girls get-a-way and found this cute bungalow perfect. Close to the Rainbow River and KP Hole. Very clean and well equipped and easy parking. Fun to hang out in the front porch. This is a great place to get to the Rainbow River. Thanks so much.
