2 Bedroom Home sits up 1 flight of stairs with a large yard with fire pit and available outside grilling.

House on stilts in a jungle atmosphere. Two bedrooms with higher end mattresses and comfortable setting. Extra sofa couch in the living river room with 2.5 baths.

Please Note: Access is not handicap accessible and requires ability to walk up 1 set of stairs to reach the house on the upper deck the house sits on.

All parts minus a couple closets.

Neighborhood is in the Rio Vista estates. With access to the Rainbow river for swimming or tubbing. Also near kp hole and Rainbow head springs state park.

You will need a car. Some wonderful restaurants in the area like Sweeties cafe, Cheers, and Swampys.

Free access to inflatable tubes, Kayaks, and paddle boards is available via the shed in the yard.

Access to the neighborhood park is regulated by the neighborhood association. some restrictions apply.

A key fob is provided for the park access and loss of the key fob will be charged $125 to replace.

The park offers a boat launch for boats smaller then 25 feet, low draft of less then 2 feet near boat ramp.
