Freezing cold
"Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room.
