    Våra 1800 kvm ft. Cascade Village Condo (Unit 59) har tre sovrum och tre badrum tillsammans med ett loft som har en drottning utdragbar soffa. Cascade Village ligger 2 miles norr om Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) och 26 miles norr om Durango centrum. Silverton ligger bara 22 miles norr.

    The condo är en stor familj Mountain Escape med ett komplett kök, vedeldad spis (trä tillhandahålls), två privata däck och fantastisk utsikt. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad och erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Den öppna vardagsplanen och bekväma möbler och sängkläder bidrar alla till den varma atmosfären. Det finns en liten gasgrill på huvuddäcket.

    Cascade Village ligger mindre än 2 miles norr om Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles (mindre än 30 minuter) norr om Durango och 25 miles söder om Silverton (mindre än 30 minuter).

    På platsen på Cascade Village finns en uppvärmd inomhuspool, bastu, bubbelbad utomhus, inomhuspool, biljard, utomhus tennisbana, skiduthyrning och en gratis skidbuss till Purgatory Resort.

    Bo hos oss och vi erbjuder rabatter på både sommar (forsränning, jeepturer, ridning etc.) och vinter (skid- och snowboarduthyrning (vid Cascade Village), slädturer, snöskoter osv.).

    Avbokningsregler: Avbokningar som görs mer än trettio (30) dagar före ankomstdatum kommer inte att innebära några p��följder och alla betalade belopp kommer att återbetalas i sin helhet. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i förkortat vistelse, som görs inom trettio (30) dagar efter ankomstdatum, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum för att få full återbetalning utan straff. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

My family of 9 total enjoyed all this condo had to offer. We were really impressed with the fully stocked kitchen and amenities of the village. The shuttle ran on time back and forth to Purgatory. We're already trying to plan our next visit!

Fantastic place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a short 6 minute drive from the Purgatory ski resort. Condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, blankets and towels, a fireplace with available firewood, and beautiful mountain views. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

Our family of 4 rented this condo with some friends for a total of 8 people and it was perfect! We liked the location being so close to Purgatory Ski Resort (just a few minutes drive), and there is also a free shuttle to ski as well. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, even had a crock pot. There were also games and some toys to entertain kids. It snowed a lot during our stay and the driveways were kept clear the whole time. The check in/out process was also very easy. Would definitely recommend to others!

Lots of towels, pool towels. Coffee and filters...we brought our own, but they had some. Washer and dryer. Plenty of baking dishes, pots, pan, dishes. Bring your groceries and have a great time. Hot tubs were great. Pool was a little cool for us, but some people used it. Great views and close to ski slopes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was set up nicely for a very comfortable stay. It was very well stocked and had everything we were looking for, except we never did find the community grill. Luckily we brought our own camping grill. They have a toaster, crockpot, all the dishes possible, cooking utensils, wine glasses, and even spices. They had a large selection of games in the loft area and fire wood stocked for the fireplace. They provided a nice selection of soaps, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even a brand new sponge for our stay. We went to the indoor pool and spa one night and it was great.towels were provided in the unit. The sauna was out of order that day. They also had an outdoor jacuzzi, for those who brave the cold. It’s a very short drive to the ski area which makes it convenient. Unfortunately the snow levels were terrible for skiing while we were there but we found a fun sled hill about 10 miles north.2 Sleds were provided in the condo even. Lots of storage and a great setup for a large family. Just FYI, you park below the condo and go into a private stairwell where you can leave your skis etc. main living is 2nd floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and loft area couch with sleeper. We will definitely return and recommend this unit. Only issue we had was minor: the upstairs hall bathroom kept backing up. We had to pluge it several times to keep it working. Not a major issue but probably needs a more permanent solution.

We loved the area up there. The facilities were nice enough. Not sure how they got there but we managed to find 2 fairly long drywall screws on the carpet by the dining table. Easy enough to miss, but definitely could have caused amd unwanted injury.
