Vår 3 sovrum, 4 badrum lägenhet (High Point Unit 590) har allt du kan förvänta dig av en lyx hyra. Denna fridfulla flykt ligger mitt i förmodligen den vackraste natursköna dalen i Colorado San Juan Mountains vid en av de främsta fastigheterna i området, 700 tunnland Tamarron och Glacier Club. Gästerna kan spela 18-håls glaciärklubbar till en rabatterad kurs på 130 dollar per runda.

Placeringen av denna bostad, som är en slutenhet, är enastående på grund av sin obegränsade utsikt och närheten till de olika fritidsfaciliteterna i området som erbjuds (skidåkning, fiske, fyrhjuling, vandringsleder, mountainbike etc. ). Det är bekvämt beläget nära nog till downtown Durango för en kort resa för att uppleva de många underbara restauranger och shoppingmöjligheter.

Lägenheten ligger inom Tamarron Resort (AKA - The Glacier Club) som ligger bara 9 miles från skidorten Purgatory och 15 miles från Durango centrum. Tamarron Resort har en nyrenoverad utomhuspool, bubbelbad, en inomhus träningsanläggning och bastu. Resort tar ut en resortavgift på 30 dollar per dag som betalas direkt till Tamarron vid incheckningen.

Det finns också en vinter skidbuss som avgår kl 9:05 och återvänder från Purgatory klockan 16:05.



Avbokningsregler: Avbokningar som görs mer än trettio (30) dagar före ankomstdatum kommer inte att innebära några påföljder och alla betalade belopp kommer att återbetalas i sin helhet. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i förkortat vistelse, som görs inom trettio (30) dagar efter ankomstdatum, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum för att få full återbetalning utan straff. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was in excellent condition and the appliances and kitchenware were upscale and very nice. The spacious open concept combined dinning, living and kitchen offered plenty of space for our foursome. The couches and multiple chairs offered abundant space for gathering around the fireplace and relaxing. The lofted ceiling and large windows offered wonderful views of the mountainside and partial view of the golf course. The two master bedrooms and loft provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The upstairs master bedroom was spectacularly spacious and comfortable. The downstairs master bedroom was also very comfortable with it owns private bathroom, but not as large as the upstairs master bedroom. We are already taking about renting this condo again next year!!!

Durango Summer Vacation

My family and I stayed in this condo for 5 days. The location was great and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our favorite part was sitting outside on the back porch and enjoying the cool weather every evening! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Great Place and Great Service!

This place was a great find! We were in town to ski at Purg- you do have to drive to the resort but the amenities at this rental made up for that! Has two bar/restaurants, a fun outdoor hot tub and plenty of space for the kids to have snow fights and build snowmen. Thanks for a great stay!

Felt like a cabin in the woods!

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay at Tamarron Court. The house was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and 4 bathrooms for 7 guests was amazing. The directions to check-in need to be updated as there were no signs for registration and we drove in circles a bit until we walked into ‘Basecamp’ and found out that was where registration was. There was a great table for playing games as a family and watching the hummingbirds on the back deck was great. Thank you!

Beautiful view!

The condo was exactly what we hoped for. It was a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we wanted, but the highlight was the view from the deck. That was perfect! I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Durango area! We ate at the Mine Shaft several times and everything we tried was exceptional!

Room for everyone - including flies

Four bathrooms and 3 private guest rooms plus room for people to be together or have some space as needed. Great to have a ground floor master for elderly parents though there are a half dozen steps outside to reach main floor. Kitchen outfitted well with a few exceptions we requested from the agency so hopefully you'll have them by the next stay. The flies. I am including here because the response from the property management during our stay was "yep that happens this time of year" which doesn't explain HOW THEY GET IN which seems like something that should be fixed. The house was closed the entire time we were there as it was cold outside. There were FLIES inside the house in various states of dying or dead. A half dozen on the landing, dozen in the upstairs hall, random corpses around the house on the back of the couch, in the toiletries basket, swarming around a light in the loft bathroom.

Fantastic stay at Tamarron!

This was our second stay at Tamarron, and we can't wait to come back. The condo was as advertised -- spacious, exceptionally clean, recently updated, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the updated and large kitchen, great for cooking family meals. The location is fantastic -- beautiful views all around. This condo is lovely, and perfect for families -- highly recommended!
