  • Enjoy all that Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a day skiing at Purgatory.



    No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.



    This condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a fireplace and smart tv perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring town. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. This condo also provides:



    - 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable king and queen beds

    - 2 full bathrooms

    - washer/dryer

    - high speed wifi

    - private deck w/ outdoor seating

    **The unit is on the 1st level of the complex, but requires stairs to access the unit (17 stairs total)**

    **This unit is on the first level of a condo complex and there is potential for noise from the neighbors above**



    During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit.



    The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well kept and stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal. The kids loved to walk around the area at duck and see all of the deer.

Great place to stay, the only 2 things were that we got in when it was dark and the lighting outside needs to be better. It was very dark in the parking lot and going up the stairs to the condo. We could also hear the people above us

Rest and Relax

The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.

It was a little difficult to locate the unit when we first arrived as signage wasn't clear and neither was the map we downloaded from the email that was sent. However, once we found it, we found that the entire condo unit was very clean and spacious. The interior and furnishings were a bit outdated, but functional. It would have been nice to have a large coffee table in the living area to have a place for cups/drinking glasses, etc., while we watched TV. The use of a piece of skateboard as a shelf next to the bed was a bit interesting. Internet access was a breeze. Figuring out how to use the TV was a little challenging.The location of the condo was great near the Fort Lewis College. Close enough to town and the Durango Silverton Railway station, which was the main reason why we stayed here, yet far enough to get away from the noise of the town. I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay. We did not use the pool or other amentities due to a time crunch in our schedule.

Cozy and comfy

Property was easy to get in and out of. Condo was private and cozy and spacious. Was nice to have amenities in the condo as needed like the washer and dryer. Upright vacuum would have been nice, but the broom sufficed. Decor was interesting and unique. Loved the skateboard shelves. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable to us. The clubhouse was a little outdated and the pool area could have used some attention. Overall stay was great!
