At home, start the day with coffee and a leafy view from your private, tree-lined balcony, weather permitting. Inside, the mountain-modern living space is both cozy and airy, with an open layout and high, lofted ceilings. Pop into the full kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then grab a bite at the high-top table before heading out.

When you return, cuddle up with cocoa in front of the wood-burning fireplace or soothe ski-tired muscles in the community hot tub. At-home entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, cable, and a DVD player for movies. When night falls, two serene bedrooms await to lull you to sleep - another dreamy Durango day awaits tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home does not have air conditioning.
During severe weather, there may be occasional power outages in this area that may last for a few minutes to a few hours. If there is an outage during your stay, there are battery and oil lanterns in the pantry.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
