This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountainside cabin (WITH 2 SEPARATE KITCHENS) sits on 3 private acres with sweeping Animas Valley views, an optional hot tub, and air conditioning. At — sq ft, it’s ideal for multigenerational families or large groups, offering room to spread out and relax after days of adventure.

A full-sized WASHER and DRYER add everyday convenience.

Perfectly located between downtown Durango (15 minutes) and Purgatory Resort (15 minutes), you’ll enjoy both seclusion and accessibility. Ski, hike, explore local favorites—and end your day with a soothing visit to Durango Hot Springs, just 5 minutes away.

AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS
Colorado summers are typically mild, and the home is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning throughout. The main living area features a built-in evaporative cooling system, while the master bedroom and private guest quarters include new high-efficiency A/C units. Two additional bedrooms are each provided with their own portable A/C units.

Every living space in the home has a dedicated air conditioning solution, and ceiling fans plus operable windows allow fresh mountain air to circulate as well.

Guest access
You vacation home has three separate entrances all with the same 4-digit code unique just for your stay! Also, on the 1st floor there is a full-sized WASHER and full-sized DRYER for your use!

The home is accessed by a gravel driveway with a gentle uphill slope. In normal conditions, access is straightforward.

During the winter season, we take care of snow removal when snowfall occurs. As with any mountain property, conditions can vary a bit with the weather, so we just recommend arriving with typical winter awareness.

Other things to note
An OPTIONAL HOT TUB is also available—After booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory waiver and a $75 cleaning fee apply if you choose to use the hot tub.
