Just Remodeled Ski in / Ski Out Condo - Däck - Fantastisk utsikt

Vår 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad lägenhet (Unit 3) ligger i Sitzmark Building på Purgatory Resort och erbjuder bekvämlighet under alla årstider. Detta är en sann slopeside ski-in / ski out reträtt precis vid basen av en av Purgatory favorit körningar, Lower Hades. Skid ner till höghastighets sex pack på morgonen och skid tillbaka till din dörr på eftermiddagen. På våren, sommar och höst, mountainbike och vandringsleder är bara den andra sidan av ytterdörren.

Lägenheten ombyggdes år 2018, inklusive alla nya apparater och erbjuder gott om utrymme och har en öppen planlösning. The condo har också täckt parkering vid enheten, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, WIFI och en gasgrill. Den stora bakdäcken erbjuder fantastisk utsikt och bra utomhusutrymme att umgås.

För en extra (och valfri) 4% semesteravgift, kommer du att ha tillgång till Durango Mountain Club, som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med glid, utomhusbadtunna och träningsanläggning. När du bokar, ge bara råd om du vill att vi ska lägga till ytterligare 4% semesteravgift.

Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i förkortat vistelse, som görs inom trettio (30) dagar efter ankomstdatum, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum för att få full återbetalning utan straff. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

I may have missed how many steps and ADA lack there was.

Just to make note, there are a lot of steps. 5-6 steps just to enter. Bottom floor accommodations were nice. To get to the second /main floor there were about 17 steps total. The first set of steps no handrail. We have elderly parents so the main floor with the king bed is where they stayed. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Nice view, comfortable townhome! Not exactly ski in, ski out but yes you can hike in hike out easily enough. Also, hot tub is not included. Overall very nice. 👍

Good Location & Layout

The location of the condo was great for lodge & ski activity access. The layout of the townhouse was very good for an extended family. Also the layout of the master bedroom & bath was very nice. Other bedroom sizes were ample. However, lighting in bedrooms as an issue. In the bunk room, lack of lighting was an issue, The lamps provided had extension cords running across the room creating potential for an accident. (I changed the tall lamp used, moved it closer to an outlet to reduce cordage, and plugged it in on far side of lower bunkbed. Not ideal but better.) In the 2nd bedroom downstairs, light switches did not work and it was hard to find lamp switches in the dark. The living & dining room/kitchen combination was large and comfortable. Note: The heating element in the dishwasher did not work and water in dishwater was cold whenever checked. All dishes and utensils came out of dishwasher with an unclean appearance ....if not well rinsed before, came out dirty. A thorough cleaning under beds, etc. would be helpful.

Great ski in ski out

We loved the gorgeous view from the condo and the large windows looking out to the forest. Ski right into the back door from the ski slopes and walked about 100 ft to a run that took us to lift 1. Loved that.

Great place

This property was very well stocked and super clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The "ski-in-ski-out" is not super accurate. We had to gear up and hike up to the Lower Hades run. It only took 5 minutes but does not constitute a ski in and ski out.

Great spot in purgatory

Communication with property managers was quick. Place was clean and had all the things you would need for a weekend away. Perfectly laid out for multigenerational families staying together. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family Reunion in the Mountains

Great gathering place for family. Everyone wanted this kitchen for their own. The deck was a generous size and accommodated the majority of us. We had a couple of days I’d rain but the closet full of games and puzzles kept us from any boredom. We discover some walking trails and enjoyed variety of wildflowers . Only complaints were the queen bed and the bunk beds need new mattresses and we didn’t realize that the swimming pool wasn’t automatically included. We did text the rental agency and found out we could use it for a few. However, we had a great time without it. Really, it was a great place; wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. We would recommend adding some grease to the door hinges as they were very squeaky. But that’s an easy fix. Overall, this cabin was great and we enjoyed our time.

Cozy place in Purgatory

Awesome location. You can ski back at the end of the day right to your front door. Only a short 5 minute walk to the closest run in the mornings!! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, warmer bedding would be super appreciated for us desert dwellers from Arizona!
