The historic Jarvis Building has onsite coin-operated laundry, a secure entrance, a fenced outdoor shared patio, and a downtown Durango historic feel!

The studio is in an historic building in downtown Durango within walking distance to excellent locally-owned restaurants, shops, galleries, nightlife, cafes, and public transportation!

Early check-in requests and late check-outs are considered for a $50 fee. Contact the host to inquire if the unit is available for early check-in or late check-out. Use of the parking spot outside of the check-in and check-out times is also subject to a fee.

The condo is located in the heart of downtown Durango. You will hear outside noise while in the street level condo at night, on weekends and holidays, and during any festivals that are happening in town during your stay. The district can be lively! There is a white noise machine and disposable ear plugs in the closet inside the unit. The studio is in a historic building with historic building sounds. You will hear the door at the main entrance opening and closing. You may hear noise from the unit upstairs. The building is old (the condo is modern!), so associated noises will occur.

You will have the entire studio to yourselves along with access to a shared outdoor patio.

Guests can check in and check out on their own. The process is very simple! However, I am available by phone and will happily offer assistance and answer questions when needed.
