Hoppa undan SLOPE-SIDE vid Purgatory Resort. Din bakgård är skidbacken, och det är en riktig Ski-in, Ski-out-upplevelse. en av endast 11 enheter direkt på skidbacken vid Purgatory Resort, inom Edelweiss lägenhetskomplex. Bara gå ut bakdörren och du är på backarna!

Detta är ett sällsynt och mycket efterfrågat tillfälle för dem som letar efter en unik skidsäsong tillflyktsort! Vi är husdjursvänliga och kan bekvämt rymma 9 gäster! Sovrummet och sovrummet på övervåningen har king size-sängar, och det tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng med en drottning vid basen och en tvilling ovanför! Det finns två extra dubbelsängar i loftområdet, och soffan i vardagsrummet drar ut i en full drottning för att sova två mer!

Andra condos hävdar att de är "in-ski-out" men när du tar av dina skidor behöver du gå nerför en kulle eller ta en hiss och lägga skidorna i ett skåp. Det finns alltid någon form av fångst. Med den här enheten på Edelweiss kommer du att lära dig vad det innebär att vara riktigt skidåkning. För att komma till skidbacken går du höger in på veranda och till höger på SKI SLOPE. Bara band i, och gå direkt till hissen. När du är färdig för dagen, eller om du vill ta en paus, finns det ett nybörjarnivåspår som släpper ut HÖGER PÅ BAKDÖRNEN! Borta är de dagar som vandrar runt med dina skidskor när du försöker hålla din utrustning! Det är så enkelt, och du behöver bara stanna här en gång för att veta vad en sällsynt och eftertraktad plats detta verkligen är. Du kommer aldrig vilja stanna på någon annan plats när du åker skidor! Tips: Eftersom du är lägenhet ligger på backarna, kommer du inte att vara "fast på berget" hela dagen och du kan undvika dyra måltider på skidorten!

Townhome had all we needed for a fun girls weekend, we cooked meals in the kitchen, played games at the large kitchen table, made a cozy fire with ease all three nights and slept comfortably. The ski-in/ski-out trail could’ve benefited from a bit more snow but that was otherwise more convenient than most of the other units. Host was super responsive and helpful.

This condo was our home away from home for a month. It had everything we needed. The nice large back porch was great for storing bikes and airing all our gear out. Most notable about this unit is location. Within minutes you on a hiking trail which made my morning and evening walks with our family unfortunately. We are excited to come again when the bike park reopens!

Kendall Mountain Run visit

We were in the area to run the Kendall Mountain Run in Silverton. The location was nicely located between Silverton and Durango where there was more options for food and groceries. There was lots to do on the ski mountain and great access out the back doo to take the dogs out for a little morning walk. We also enjoyed watching the mountain bikers take the jumps on the trail behind the condo.

Great place

Great place right on the slopes. It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but it is actually 3 bedrooms with twins in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

Very few places are truly ski in/ski out! David is so responsive and the unit is extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning next year. If you like to be first in the slopes and last to leave, I highly recommend!!!

Family Together 12/2023

We took our 2 grownups and new daughter in-law snow skiing and decided to secure this property. Primary reason to choose this place was the ski in/out, the property did not disappoint. Ski out from your back step, ski in the same. After the lifts closed we had so much fun on the back porch just enjoying the beauty, this condo is truly front and center. The condo was perfect for us. In the evenings the wood burning fire place was really nice. To make a complaint I'd have the manufacture one, we loved it and would do it again. Bruce

True Ski in and Out

My husband and I, with kids aged 10 to 3 along with 1 set of grandparents stayed the week before Easter. Easy check-in with a code. Very lovely town home, nicely decorated in a southwestern theme, updated kitchen with appliances, truly equipped for cooking and dining in. Loved the crockpot (we definately made some great chili in it). We also appreciated the Keurig with coffee cups and sugar provided, starter shampoo and conditioner; and being able to use a washer and drier, as we had to pack light to fit everyone. Loved using the wood burning fireplace and supplied wood in the garage, kept the home very warm. The 2 twin beds in the loft were convenient and appealing to the kids as well as the board games . We primarily booked bec of the perfect location, right on the mountain looking at Lift 1. We were able to ski back to the property via YBR trail, and our beginner skiers were able to get back on their own. After a day of skiing the kids could play in the snow and sled right outside the property, and were in eyes view. Grandma could easily take walks down to the base and walk back up. We had 1 SUV, with a large cargo box, and could not fit into the garage, however parked parallel without issues. Ample towels. We had to communicate with the owner and he responded immediately to our concerns. We had a great time (due to location, weather and low density of people at the time), I love purgatory mt. and we would come back to this property in the future.
