Updated Modern In-Town Condo | Pool | Hot Tub

Enjoy everything Durango has to offer from this conveniently located, newly remodeled in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for any season. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.

This updated condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, and large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary Keurig coffee, and opens up to the dining room creating an inviting space, and includes two bar top stools perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast. This condo also provides:

- 1 large bedroom w/ comfortable king mattress
- 1 queen sized pull out couch
- 1 full bathroom
- washer/dryer
- high speed wifi
- deck w/ outdoor seating
**This is a first level unit, but does require one short flight of stairs.**
**This unit is on the first level of a condo complex and there is potential for noise from the neighbors above**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

We had a fantastic stay. Loved the walkability to the college and downtown, access to the hiking trails, and the hot tub was a treat after all our walking/hiking. Communication, parking, and check-in were all easy, unit was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors vacuuming & moving (what we guessed were) chairs/stools around. We used a white noise app for sleeping and that was a perfect fix. Highly recommend this property!

EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE. ONLY HAVE TWO SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE GUEST, 1. A BOX OF KLEENX WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. 2. IN THE BEDROOM UNDER THE TV THE OWNER WANT TO CONCIDER PUTTING IN CREDENZA AS THERE WAS NO WHERE TO SET ANYTHING BESIDES THE NIGHT STANDS.

The window air-conditioning unit kept the bedroom chilly at night. Really helped with sleeping. Kitchen is functional and coffee maker works great. Plenty of natural light during the day. The small sacrifice his privacy for the light.

Property is Fairly Run Down

We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the property upon check-in. We found a large clump of hair in the bathtub drain, and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The bath mats were quite dirty. The condo is run down and poorly lit, with flickering lighting in the hallway. We were left with only a half roll or toilet paper and paper towel, and could not find replacements. We learned afterward that supplies were kept in the a separate storage closet that we didn’t know about. We were told that the condo had been updated in the last two years, but it has become very worn, with chipped paint, stains, and wall damage. Needless to say, we chose not to stay here as it did not come close to meeting our expectations.

Cozy house

The house was awesome and new. We cooked a pasta dish and had everything we needed. Coffee and tea bar is really nice. Beautiful views. Visited the state park and did a nice mountain bike ride. I would definitely go back to this house.

Nice and quiet location, just a few minutes from downtown Durango. Great jumping off point for exploring the area. The unit was comfortable, with plenty of room. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking, with easy access.

Great location just outside of downtown

This is a nice enough apartment in Durango. We were in town for Thanksgiving and made dinner for our FLC son and some of his friends. Although we typically stay closer to downtown, it was nice to be close to campus, and we enjoyed the views from this side of town! Unfortunately we did not have time to use the sauna or hot tub, but both looked nice. The apartment was comfortable enough, even having a few extra kids at dinner, and the kitchen, for the most part, had everything I needed to cook several different meals while we were in town. The range and oven cooked somewhat unevenly, but I'm also not used to an electric range. The apartment has a dishwasher, and there was dishsoap in the kitchen, but no sponge to handwash items. Otherwise, the apartment had ample dishtowels and bathtowels, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. I also loved that there was a recycle bin in the kitchen and onsite in the parking lot. Overall, check in and check out were very easy, and we would consider staying here again.

Nice Property!

The property was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. Everything was clean, well organized and very comfortable. Our host was responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend!
