Vårt 3 sovrum, 3 badrum lägenhet (enhet 305) ligger vid Peregrine Point, som är den nyaste byggnaden på Purgatory Resort.

Gå över till huvudplatsen för bekväm tillgång till restauranger, skiduthyrning, deli och fantastiska butiker samt den primära höghastighetslyft, Purgatory Express, till toppen av berget.

Köket är fullt utrustat med vackra bänkskivor i granit och komplett köksredskap för fantastiska måltider. Det viktigaste vardagsrummet har ett däck för att njuta av den friska bergsluften och utsikten över sluttningarna! Varje sovrum har en platt-TV och DVD-spelare och våningssängen rum har en 40 'platt-TV, XBox 360 & spel, DVD-spelare och olika brädspel för att hålla både barn och vuxna underhållna.

Dessa lägenheter har också uppvärmd garage och gott om garderobsutrymme för all din utrustning. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten och en gasgrill på däck.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Wonderful Stay

Rated as One our Best Vacations

We have stayed in Colorado numerous times. This is rated by the entire family young and old as one of our best vacations ever! The condo was perfectly located across from the resort. Easy access to lift #4 for the seasonal skiers and a short bus ride down to the easier slopes for our beginners. We were met with the highest of professionalism from the property managers, wait staff, bartenders, ski instructor, and resort staff. The extra 4% resort fee is highly recommended! It was well worth the price to enjoy the hot tub and clubhouse. The condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking a wonderful Christmas breakfast and dinner. This was a Christmas to remember. My only complaint was one bedroom stayed ice cold while the others were comfortably warm. However, the condo was stocked with extra blankets and pillows so our daughter was comfortable at bedtime. Otherwise, the space is a 10 out of 10. We will definitely book again and make this condo our go to option when planning our next stay at Purgatory. Thank you for the memories!

Great Stay

Our family had a nice stay in this condo. The kitchen provided ample supplies, showers were hot and beds were comfortable. The temperature of the unit seemed warm which we tried to adjust without success. Getting in and out of the unit from the front of the building was tricky without a code or key which we weren't given. The gym, pool, and hot tub were a nice addition - however, we were on the off-season so the open hours were not consistent. Great place to stay overall.

On arrival the code to get into the building did not work. The condo was very nice inside but didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly. There were prices of popcorn on the carpet in the living room and dirty socks under the bed in the bunk bed room. The Master shower would not drain and smelled like sewer, called the property manager and sent out maintenance the following day to fix. The amenities were nice but the pool had limited seating and many broken chairs around the pool that were unusable.

Nice place to stay.

Very nice to stay but not enough plates for all of us. They was not a blanket in the master bedroom and the comforter was too heavy to use. The front door (main entrance to this condo) was very squeaky. Overall, very nice.

Too Hot

We would've given this property five stars if the AC was working. We had to open the front door to get ac from the hallway because our unit was so hot. Even with the windows open at night it was not comfortable.

First time skiing

This was our first time visiting Colorado. The resort and area was absolutely beautiful. The service at Purgatory Resort is second to none. The condo was clean, and everything was in its place as noted within the details of the unit (545 Skier place, Purgatory Colorado unit 305); except for the mice we saw multiple times in the unit. Yes mice. Apparently, as noted within the email from the Durango Premier agent this is common in all of Colorado, and "oh I'm sorry this is normal" response. If that were included within the details I know we would have not chosen to stay there. We worked hard to save for this trip; it wasn't cheap, and to be told that it's the norm; too bad (paraphrasing) response was disappointing. So, before you go, ask about the mice!

Great Getaway

We had a great trip to Purgatory. This unit is located at Purgatory Resort, just across the parking lot from shops, ski rentals, ski lifts, etc. The property was very clean and had a nice, open living area. Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. Very convenient for skiing at Purgatory, but a decent drive to town for groceries or supplies.
