Vår enkla nivå 1 000 kvadratmeter 2 sovrum / 2. 5 badrum lägenhet är en av de få fastigheterna med ett däck med utsikt över historiska Main Avenue. Den moderna och exceptionellt inredda bostaden ligger på 7th och Main Street och ligger 24 miles (25 minuter) från skidområdet Purgatory. Durango är känd för sitt historiska centrum med en mångfald av shopping och restauranger möjligheter som skulle konkurrera med många stora städer. Dessa lägenheter ligger inom omedelbart gångavstånd till allt det historiska centrum har att erbjuda. Ta en springa eller cykla på Durangos flodspår bara ett och ett halvt kvarter bort. Convenient downtown apartment

This is a lovely, updated apartment directly over a restaurant and shops. There is an assigned parking space directly behind the unit. We loved being able to walk a couple of blocks to a grocery story and bunches of restaurants and shops. Dishwasher and laundry detergent were provided, as well as Aveeno hair and skin products.

Birthday weekend

Very, very nice condo, located perfectly in downtown Durango with a great patio overlooking Main Street. Everything was fantastic, with the exception of there being no king beds. My wife and I actually slept in separate rooms due to this. Wasn’t a huge issue and I understand the space constraints, but a king in the primary room would have been nice.

Great Location!

The location of this condo couldn't be better. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking Main Street and we could walk to everything. The layout of the condo is nice. Our only issue was the following: dirty tissue left on a bed, floors in kitchen and living room not cleaned, cleaning person still at condo at 4 pm (had to drive around until he/she left), two can lights out (one in bathroom), no coffee provided as listed. The management company was responsive in words but not in action. Instead they refunded us 10% and did leave coffee outside the entrance.

Perfect Location

Unit was in a perfect location right in the heart of the town on Main Street. It was over a retail business and had a great balcony in front overlooking Main Street. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Durango.

Great property with a fabulous location

We visit Durango every year and I had no idea that there were rental properties right on historical Main St. This property was beautiful and even in the busiest of times, quiet once the patio doors were shut. Great walking location for everything in the historical area of Durango!

Mother & sons get away

Perfect location for what we wanted. Enjoyed the balcony each evening. Had an issue with one of the air conditioning units, but emailed property management and had it working quickly. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great apartment right downtown

Durango has so much to do-and this apartment gave us easy access to all of it. Well-appointed right downtown which let us walk anywhere for our stay. The apartment was as-advertised and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a central location on your Durango adventure.

Convenient downtown condo

Great location - very nice unit

We had 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (right off main street) and walking distance to all of the restaurants we went to as well as the train station. The unit was well equipped. The only minor issue was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit stiff.

Two couples in June

WOW! The place was perfect for us. We had a quick trip with lots of stuff to do. Refrigerator only had water in it. Main Avenue had so many great restaurants right in walking distance. The apartment: bedrooms, very nice. I believe there needs to be another dresser in the guest room instead of the chair. But, I used the chair as my dresser. The bathroom in guest room was functional but small. Master bedroom was a little bit bigger. The patio, so much fun to sit and have cocktails and people watch. AC was used and each room had its own split level AC unit. Perfect!! Had no problem checking in or checking out. Parking a large truck in our spot was easy. Back it in!! Parked the other car on 3rd. No problem again! We will be back. Already looking at dates. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice Downtown Location

In the middle of downtown, central and convenient. Dedicated parking spot a plus. Really nicely finished condo and we'll furnished. A little bit of noise from the restaurant below in the early morning.

Main street condo

Overall the property was great! The 2 exceptions were the cleaning of the restaurant below which started daily between 5 and 5:30 am. It was a wakeup call wanted or not; and the parking is very tight. Don't think I would have been able to park in the reserved spot had someone been using the space next to me which was reserved for another unit.
