Våra 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet på East Rim (enhet D-14) var bara ombyggda och ligger mitt emot Purgatory Lodge och erbjuder den ultimata bekvämligheten under alla säsonger.

Dessa lägenheter har fantastisk utsikt över Needles Range och Spud Mountain och är perfekt för flera familjer. East Rim är centralt beläget till huvudskidåkningsplatsen och ligger bara en kort promenad till den snabbaste och största höghastighetslyften på berget, Purgatory Express. Den här egenskapen är unik eftersom det bara är ett steg bort från liv och rörelse, restauranger, butiker och skidfaciliteter i den primära basbyen på Purgatory Resort, men den erbjuder en mer privat och lugn existens med utsikt som inte kan slås i regionen. Detta bostad renoverades i februari 2015 och båda badrummen ombyggdes 2018.

Det finns ett komplett badrum på övervåningen och ner och såväl som en tvättmaskin och torktumlare (tvättmedel) och en BBQ gasgrill på däck.

Denna fastighet är husdjursvänlig och husdjursavgiften är $ 25 / per dag (max. $ 150)

Den 4% resortavgiften som ingår i offerten är den nödvändiga resortavgiften som måste tas ut och tillåter inte åtkomst till Durango Mountain Club. För en extra (och valfri) 4% resortavgift har du tillgång till Durango Mountain Club som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med rutschkana, badtunna utomhus och träningsanläggning. Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

The rental was not properly ready for our stay. The electricity to the electric heaters in the downstairs bedrooms and bath were not connected. It was 42 degrees in the bedrooms. It wasn't until 1pm the next day that it was resolved.Once the heaters were connected, the bedroom heaters were fairly weak; not sure they would have been adequate, except they brought some space heaters the 2nd day.Also, the hot water took a few minutes to become warm, although the water heater looked new and modern, so it must have been set on some conservation mode.The location and furnishings, however, were excellent. And the people working the issues were nice.

Great location and the condo had everything that we needed for our stay. The primary bathroom downstairs with the three bedrooms didn’t offer a lot of space for four people to get ready or store their toiletries. We made it work (made the kids use the upstairs bathroom) but it could have been more convenient. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the views did not disappoint. The check in instructions said we didn’t need the parking pass in the summer but we did receive a parking violation warning for not having the permit in our car. One thing to note which we did not even think about is since this is a pet friendly rental, the stairs from the parking area to the front door are metal grates. Makes sense in the winter, however we had to walk our dogs up/down a dirt/grass incline to avoid the stairs. Glad we didn’t get an upstairs unit for this reason. Overall, we were very happy with this rental and we would stay again.

Ideal location - good communication

Amazing location.

Everything was great. Pool and hot tub right across the street were a hit with the adults and the kids. The bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the family of 4 . The second bedroom was a little bit small for a couple but we made due.

Colorado getsway

This property was clean and tastefully decorated. All the kids had their own place to sleep, which they loved. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool, and taking advantage of some of the little shops that were on property. We would visit again if we are back in the area.

Perfect for family ski trip

Loved this condo - first time we have truly gotten to ski-in/ski-out at Purgatory and it was so easy! Clean, plenty of space for 4 of us and our dog, first floor, just great. The kids were excited about the hot chocolate station. :) Highly recommend!

Great unit and location- needs some TLC, kitchen was very dark with lightbulbs burned out in the ceiling and stove, grill outside was disgusting dirty and hard to light without removing the plates - Front door gets stuck and hard to open plus lots of gaps that lets air in- dishwasher doesn’t clean but leaves a horrible white film all over the silverware and dishes- no proper dishwasher soaps available- Communication with property management was very poor at check in, didn’t receive instructions and had to wait and called them 3 times-they used excuse that the check in email went to spam well their other earlier email thanking us for booking never went to spam!!

Arkansas Spring Break

Sweet location! Nice and cozy all around. The space is maximized and utilized as best as it can be, but one of the beds is way too small for 2 adults. We made it work, but would have preferred not wrestle with a pull out sleeper sofa on my vacation. Overall this place is awesome, and I’m so happy I found it!

In Purgatory But Closer To Heaven

We came to Purgatory for a summer respite and stayed at this property. The condo was very well equipped and appointed. Accommodations were great It’s situated very close to Purgatory Resort with easy access to the mountain for activities and restaurants. It was heaven for a family of four plus a doggy.

Our first time here was great, the condo location was perfect, right across the street from the pool, activities and ski lift. There was quite a bit more to do then we knew and the kids had a blast! Perfectly Located & Cozy

For the past five winters, my family and I (husband and two teenagers) have enjoyed skiing at Purgatory. Typically, we've always stayed at the Purgatory Lodge thinking that their location and amenities were bar none - not so anymore. After staying five nights at this charming location we've decided that this place has it all: attentive property manager, easy check-in/check-out, true ski-in/ski-out (slopes literally 5 steps out the front door), gorgeous views, peacefully quit at night, snuggly throw blankets galore, soft bed sheets, and comfortable beds. If you are looking at using amenities of the Purgatory Lodge, the townhouse is about a 3 minute walk from it, and for an additional 4% you have full access to gym, hot tub, pool, and restaurant. If you are looking for a cozy vacation rental with great views and a fantastic location then I highly recommend this place.

Who wouldn't love this location??

Our stay was fabulous. My only complaint is it could have been a little cleaner. When the first place you arrive to (front door) welcomes you with a gigantic spider web, and more to be found on patio areas in back of condo, it isn't inviting. Non-working lights at patio... Also the floors were not very clean, especially under furniture. Dishes not clean. Grill not clean. Most of this easily overlooked, just would have made a 90% into 100% satisfaction. When reaching out to management, they were very quick and accommodating. We loved the location and would consider again, would just hope for that extra 10%

PERFECT

This was a great property, accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The bunk beds off the master was cute and perfect for kiddos. This bunk area might be tight for grown adults. The location is literally PER-FECT. Close to Purgy's, the pool/hot tub area, lifts, etc. Great for Summer or Winter stays. We appreciated the items available for use in the home (shampoo, towels, spices, pots and pans...) everything you need for a comfy stay. We will be staying here again!
