“I stayed at the Comfort Inn at Durango for two nights/three days, and wasn't disappointed in the least. To start- I cannot possibly praise the staff too much. “Our stay was okay overall, but there were a couple of serious issues that really impacted our experience. A major concern was the pool. It looked absolutely disgusting, yet there were no signs, barriers, or any communication indicating that it was closed. We almost let our three young kids get in before deciding to trust our instincts because the water looked so bad. Later, we found out the pool had actually been closed the whole time. A simple sign or notice would have prevented the confusion...

“We loved staying at his hotel, it's in a lovely location at the side of the Animas River, people are beautiful, the food at the restaurant was very good same as my Martinis, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, the parking lot in front of you, the only thing is that they missed to clean a room one of the days, but that we can live with. But we didn't miss the warm delicious cookies at the evening.”
