“The hotel was situated at the beach which was great but the windows of our room was so dirty that it ruined our experience. The room was otherwise clean but a dirty plate with leftovers was standing in the stairway for two days before the staff removed it after we informed them about it. The guests next to us was smoking in their room and it got through the walk in to our room. Pool not heated. Jazucci and sauna not included, you have to pay extra for that which is not mentioned in the...
