“What a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. The continental breakfasts were yummy and different - croissants with scrambled eggs and bacon and we even got home made flapjacks!!! “A very nice hotel indeed. Very good facilities, the details with fridge, microwave and safe in the room makes a big difference if you stay for more than a couple of days. Room and bed spacey and comfy. Hotel relaxing and quiet with only the odd Saturday evening party. And a wonderful view over Durban, Umgeni river and the Indian ocean, all at once if your room face South.
They were installing a new WiFi and it was big problem getting a good enough signal. Very disappointing but when they get it...
