“Very pleasant stay! Easy, free parking directed by a concierge Easy check in, arrived early and our room was ready for us. Room was spotless and very well maintained, had everything we needed and a lovely view of the castle. All staff very pleasant and helpful when needed including the bar staff in the Redwood bar which was a lovely peaceful experience with a a great selection of whisky to just relax at the end of the night. The room was absolutely perfect: spotlessly clean, very spacious, and in a fantastic location directly opposite the railway station. The staff were even more wonderful. I missed breakfast, and a lovely lady kindly gave me a bottle of orange juice and two croissants to take with me. So kind! ”
