Terrible communication
I left after the first night. This company won’t talk to you through any of the proper channels like VRBO website/app or phone call. I contacted them several times ahead of my stay asking about facility access and they never responded. Finally after waiting outside my location for an hour, my phone about to die with little to no internet access in a foreign country, my wife was able to get ahold of them after many many attempts. They informed her that they needed documents and such from me before letting me gain access. She asked how was I supposed to have known that and they never responded to that because they never informed me of that. Anyway, then the space was barren just the bare minimum and no information cards on how the space worked or any instructions. It was like entering a school dorm room but with cheap sheets and towels. The only information posted was a sign about future stays. The email they sent me with the access code was a copy paste email so had no specific information about my stay. I felt very unwelcome. Also either it had no hot water or I didn’t know how to make it work, among other things like this. I left after my first night and found another place to stay. If you do book here call a bunch of times ahead of time to figure out your stay information. My suggestion to this company is to get familiar with the VRBO app and website so you can quickly and more securely respond to potential stayers - NOT ask them to use the whats app please.
