We are very sorry about the problem with the aircon, you could have asked for our help to fix it. As for the balcony in the room you had booked a standard room and none of them has a balcony. The only rooms with balcony are deluxe rooms and suites. We are sorry that the description was different, this is no longer the case after a system error was made. Regarding the noise the hotel is located in the center of the city, this gives you the opportunity to have everything nearby but on the other hand the noises are inevitable especially if the window is kept open at night. The air conditioning unit has the option of adjusting the direction of air in some positions. In this way the room remains fresh and your child would be protected from cold air.
