Located near the Loire Valley castles and two hours from Paris by highway, we’re offering a 45-square-meter apartment for rent, located 15 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and a half-hour from the 24 Hours of Le Mans

This spacious vacation rental can accommodate up to 5 people. The bedroom features a large double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two people and a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room allows you to be self-sufficient during your stay: refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. A shower room and a restroom complete the accommodations.

To enjoy the peace and quiet, take advantage of a beautiful furnished terrace with direct access to the pool. You have access to all areas of the property: the barbecue area, the courtyard, and of course the pool. The spa, featuring a hot tub and sauna, is available for an additional fee!

The beds are made upon your arrival. The cottage is equipped with comforters, pillows, a hair dryer, a dish towel, dish soap, a sponge, toilet paper, basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...), coffee, and tea for your arrival! Also available upon request: a crib and a high chair.
