Thank you so much for renting our condo! I am so sorry about the toilet seats. They are not broken but just a little loose. We had two more group of guests stayed at the house after your departure. They did not say anything about the toilet seats or the beds. This is actually the first complaint we have from any guests on the beds. Please keep in mind that if you communicate with owners during your stay they can quickly remedy any minor issues. Any owner would be glad to address your concerns to make the stay more pleasant. We have a strict non-smoking policy and our housekeeper would be quick to alert us if someone violated the policy.
