âUnique and amazing hotel with history. It's in the heart of Redmond, next to all the shops and restaurants. And the balcony was adorable with great views of three sisters. â
âWhen we checked in Tuesday late afternoon the lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating asking which floor we would want and said she had quarters for the laundry if needed. â
âAC was not efficient, set it to 63 just to feel comfortable on an 87 degree day. Had to bring in our own personal fan to move the air around. Food left in the fridge and coffee pod left in the coffee maker. Bath towels are definitely not full size. Our biggest gripe was the bedding. The bedspread is actually a sheet, over another sheet covering a comforter followed by another flat sheet. I removed it all and got a really nice comforter from the office and we slept very well the following night....

The highlight was the showerâexcellent water pressure and nice and hot! Better than at home!
I was worried there wouldnât be a fridge, but there was a full kitchenette!

âThis property is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is professional and excellent. I think the walls are quite thin as both nights. I heard the neighboring room talking and laughing quite clearly as well as a lot of thumping around from the floor above, but other than that a fantastic day.â
âJust in town one night for the Neil Young concert. Very nice hotel, new and modern. Its in a newer development on the north side of Bend, shopping and restaurants will follow soon but for now you'll need to drive a short distance for that. Its tight off the main highway and about a 15 minute drive to the amphitheater. â
