“This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it.”

“The hotel is fairly new, the rooms and common areas are clean. The breakfast items are fresh and delicious. The staff is well trained, helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel. ”

“I had booked the room via hotels.com and we were given a room on the ground floor. The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a roach. The receptionist was very helpful and immediately gave us another room on the third floor which was much appreciated. The hotel felt a little bit run down (corridors, carpet), but was otherwise OK. Breakfast not great, but most hotels in the same category have the same problem.”
