“Stay was very clean and place was really nice. The host was also really nice and communication with them was really easy! Loved the stay, and I would definitely stay again. Just as a note we did not use the pool while we stayed here but it required us to give it a rating, so I can’t speak directly on it, but if the house and host are anything to go off of I’m sure it would be excellent as well.”

“The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. The facility is nicely located for all we did in Ashland for the weekend, very walkable. The breakfast was robust and well stocked, offering gluten free and dairy free options. The bed was comfortable and slept well, the noise level was minimal.

“We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED.
I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...
