    The Space:

    You'll be just steps from a shared beach area on the shores of Duck Lake when you escape to this newly built condo just outside downtown Eagle River. This is Northwoods living at its best on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes! Your vacation home even has an assigned dock slip, so boat owners can explore the waters at their leisure! Newly constructed from the ground up, this condo combines a classic Northwoods setting with all new furnishings and finishes. The living space is spread out across three levels, with central air conditioning and free WiFi running throughout the condo. As you enter, there's a ground-floor laundry room to take care of the day's swimsuits, with the main living space waiting upstairs. This elegant great room has towering ceilings, a two-story wall of windows, and a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone hearth. You can settle in on the leather sectional sofa to watch movies on the TV with Roku or open the glass door out to the deck to keep watch over the gas grill. The open kitchen is stylish and refined, offering stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a gas range, and a dishwasher), a large center island with bar seats for six, and even a garbage disposal. The adjacent dining room table seats six as well. After a day spent waterskiing on Duck Lake or exploring the nearby ATV/UTV/snowmobile trails, you'll find the three bedrooms (two bedroom suites) - each with a TV with Roku - perfectly separated on the three separate floors. The primary suite, occupying the entire third floor, has a private balcony and a spa-like bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW Exceeding the maximum occupancy listed (6 guests) WILL result in guests being evicted without a refund, & parties who violate the maximum occupancy may face potential fines. No exceptions can be granted due to local zoning regulations. This is monitored as this is a multi-unit complex. This vacation rental's assigned dock slip will accommodate a 10' wide boat. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC.

Great place

Very nice place. Good location (both 'in town' but 'secluded'). Few nice hiking trails pretty close by. Very quiet/peaceful. Place had pretty much everything you need ... and for everythign else there is a pretty nice grocery store about 5 minutes away. Would stay here again.

Time well spent

Had a great visit. Property was as listed, was not disappointed. Would come back and rent again. Kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook a nice dinner. Close to downtown. Thank you for an enjoyable few days stay.

Clean modern home in quiet area, close to Eagle River

We had a great experience from booking to check out. All communication regarding check in was seamless, unit was extremely clean, and we had the pleasure of meeting Alyssa (GM,) Katy (manager) and Brian (Maintenance) as we checked in due to being a bit early. They made sure we got into the home okay and provided any special details on the home. Would highly recommend to people looking at this area!

Beautiful Property

The condo was great for our family of four and served as our home base for five days while we explored the area. The property was lovely with the woods in view out the windows. We also saw several deer on the property. We enjoyed reading on the deck. Our family likes a lot of down time while on vacation to read and relax, and this place made it easy to do that.

This property was perfect for our family during Eagle River World Champion Vintage race weekend. It was close to the track, but quiet and private. The property was very clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly for Wisconsin. Top notch! We'll be sure and stay here again next time we're in the area. 2 thumbs up! 5 Stars!

Great family getaway

We loved this property! My husband and I traveled with our two kids (ages 3 and 5) and my father. The layout allowed for plenty of space and privacy. It was clean, had great decor/furniture, and furnished with plenty of kitchen supplies if cooking on-site. We loved the location on the Eagle River chain. Also had great communication with the property owners. Overall a very impressive location we would love to return to in the future!

Great Place

Immediately we were impressed with the cleanliness. The condo is in a beautiful setting of trees, plenty of parking for our UTV trailer. Easy access to all things Eagle River. Beautiful inside, like new. Well furnished and equipped. We found nothing more we could have wanted in a rental.

Wonderful Fall Getaway In Eagle River

We had a great time staying at this property on the Chain 'O Lakes in Eagle River. Close to restaurants and shops in downtown ER. Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. Beautifully decorated and stocked with linens and kitchen amenities. Upstairs main bedroom and bathroom open to loft and downstairs, therefore not as private. Property is right on Duck Lake but this unit is situated toward the back and faces woods. Indoor pool not available at time of stay. Overall, great stay!

Very nice home, odd acoustics

The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped along with comfortable beds, the odd feature is the master bath and and bedroom are open to the living room atrium and with that all sounds transfer back and forth from those spaces with ease. The fix is a door for the bedroom and a door for the bathroom.
