Tim's Cabin at Two Stone Row ligger på en vacker 85 hektar stor fastighet i norra Albemarle County i Earlysville, Virginia. Kabinen ligger inbäddat på en liten kulle omgiven av träd med en öppning med utsikt över Blue Ridge Mountains. Det är den perfekta platsen att njuta av en lugn, Virginia landsbygd inställning; slappna av vid elden, njut av kaffe på verandan eller fisk / båt på fastighetens privata damm.  Du kan också tillbringa en dag på närliggande Moss Vineyards and Glasshouse Winery (båda inom 20 minuters bilresa) eller gå in i Charlottesville centrum, bara 12 miles away, för lite mat och nattliv.



Denna underbart restaurerade timmerstuga konstruerades med historiska vita tallskogar från West Virginia och gammal hjärntom som används i stor utsträckning vid restaureringen. Kabinen sover 4 med en queen size-säng på övervåningen och en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet.  Huvudnivån har en öppen planlösning som ger ett komplett kök, frukostbord för 4 och ett vardagsrum centrerade runt en sten spis. En platt-TV-uppställning med Apple TV är tillgänglig för att njuta av dina favoritprogram och filmer. På övervåningen sovrummet erbjuder en annan vedeldad spis och badrum. Av huvudnivån på baksidan av stugan är en veranda som ser ut mot Blue Ridge.



Gäster på fastigheten har också tillgång till promenad grunderna och användningen av den privata dammen i närheten.

För dem som har fester större än 4, Emily's Cabin, är också att hyra på fastigheten och sover 4 också. Perfekt för vänner och familj som vill vara i närheten.

Beautiful cabin in woods with view of mtns! Off the beaten path, but still close to anything needed. Cabin is restored from an older cabin, but has all modern conveniences. Highly recommend if looking to stay in a restored older cabin while visiting Charlottesville area.

A Lovely Couples Getaway

My partner and I had a lovely anniversary getaway to Tim’s Cabin! The cabin itself had a perfect location, situated deep in the woods. At night we sat and listened to the crickets outside, enjoying the separation from our usual city life. The house was around 20 minutes from downtown Charlottesville and 30 minutes from Shenandoah, so it was a perfect mix of country, downtown, and nature!Would love to come back again.

Rustic Cabin

This cabin was great even with 4-6 inches of snow during our stay. The fireplaces kept us cozy, and we had plenty of nice dry firewood the whole time. The back porch offers beautiful mountain views.

Mountain Getaway

My husband and I found this amazing property for a quick and easy getaway weekend. The space was absolute perfection for us - we enjoyed the quiet outdoors while reading on the back porch, loved using the fireplaces, and had everything we needed at the cabin to cook dinner in and feel so comfortable in the house. We also loved that it was just 25-30 minutes away from downtown Charlottesville so we could still go out to dinner one night. We will definitely be back - thank you for sharing your amazing property!

Lovely get away spot

We had a great long weekend in Tim's Cabin. The online listing is one of the most accurate we've ever seen. The descriptions were spot on. The cabin is comfy and views are amazing. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplaces. Location is ideal for getting out exploring, hiking, and winery hopping. Well worth the trip and would recommend.

Wilderness Log Cabin... 3 miles from Harris Teeter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s Cabin in Earlysville. It was so quiet and peaceful at the cabin, it was hard to believe we were minutes from Charlottesville. The cabin was comfortable and full of rustic charm. We liked to sit on the back porch enjoying the stunning view of the Blue Ridge and the occasional pileated woodpecker or hawk. It turned cool one night so we took advantage of the firepit, star gazed, and were surprised to hear an exchange between two Eastern Screech-owls. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the property and going for walks in the nearby woods. A wonderful place to stay and we hope to return again someday.

Charming Cabin

Tim’s Cabin was the perfect place to getaway and relax for a few days. It’s quiet and cozy. We had a storm come through and the owner was nice to check on us the next day. He gifted us a bottle of wine and some delicious honey from his property. Thanks so much Gordon!

Paradise in Albermarle County

This stay surpassed all my greatest expectations. Nestled in the forest a half mile from the road is the authentic 18th century cabin; immaculately restored and furnished with period pieces throughout. I was greeted by the charming host who proudly maintains his family farm. I was invited to wander the property, to visit and tour his home to canoe on the large pond. If you even want to draw yourself away from Two Stone row, there is much to do in the area: Charlottesville is 6 miles away, dozens of wineries in the immediate area, and an afternoon trip will get you the hill cities of The Appalachians and of course, Monticello and Montpelier. But mainly, I will remember watching the deer from the porch of this historic log cabin. I dream to spend more time here in the future.

Vacation visit

We liked the pictures of Tim's cabin on the web site, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much better the place was than the pictures. The hosts have done an excellent job of preserving the charm of the cabin, while updating it to be very comfortable. The setting is absolutely beautiful with views of the mountains, trees all around, wildlife in abundance, all while providing a very private quiet stay. Access to Charlottesville, and all the wineries and is also very convenient. All in all, it was a great stay and I suspect that we will be returning when we can.
