Familjehotell i East Austin

“Second stay and this was even better. We had a room on 4th floor and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is outstanding. WiFi is fast. Only issue is that door to bathroom does not close which does not give any privacy. We can definitely recommend and we’ll stay again if in Austin. ”

“It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin.”

“Great area! Bright light coming in thru windows due to hall lighting and odd smell in unit with very few towels. Overall a fine stay.”

“Overall, our stay at this property was decent the staff and anyone we interacted with we’re very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, which was nice. We forgot Q-tips though and they wanted to charge us $8.50 for a small little container of Q-tips, which is insanity. We had a small leak in the ceiling above our toilet that would require the toilet to be wiped off the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. Some of the enamel was chipping off the inside of the tub one of the TV...

“Neat, clean place. Great communication before and during stay.”

“It was a quick 1 night stay to attend a concert and not to have a drive home at night.”

“Very happy with the place. Spacious bedrooms, modern tech, and hosts were very nice and responsive.”

“The worst experience I’ve ever had! The cigarette smell was so strong that I could barely sleep. They don’t even provide a proper comforter, just a thin sheet. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel like all my belongings absorbed that awful cigarette smell. Giving this place one star is already too generous for such a terrible experience! And to make matters worse, I only stayed for ONE night!”

“This was hands down one of the best vacations I have taken. It’s super close to Austin and there’s a horseback trail ride across the freeway. The amenities are great. The hot tub was always hot and the sauna worked great. Super nice place to go for a romantic getaway. A lot of great places to take pictures. The owners were super attentive and super nice.”
