“Very clean and extremely friendly staff, especially Vickie! She even came out to meet us in the offsite parking lot.The only negative was the parking, but that’s the nature of downtown Austin. Even though the parking wasn’t great, we will be back. This is our new hotel for stays in Austin! Thank you Frances Modern for an enjoyable getaway.”

“We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us with quick access to the bike trail and walking and riding distance to restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Many music venues. Sarah was easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us use a bike which came in super handy . We even got to see her sing at The Elephant Room - worth checking out!”

“The house was so beautiful and amazing. Even more perfect in person than the great photos! Mindy and Edwin were so communicative and it made the whole weekend so easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they want their guest to be at ease and have a great time.
