Cozy Beach Cottage on the Atlantic.

Quiet and quaint newly renovated three bedroom cottage on the south shore facing east over the Atlantic Ocean. Gorgeous secluded beach and rocky outcrops at your doorstep. Excellent cycling, hiking, kayaking and paddling through Ragged Harbour, a natural oasis of birds, fish and sea creatures. Many shops, restaurants and other beaches a short drive away. Right next door to Atlantic Pearl w 4 bedrooms.

A bungalow that has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2022 for comfort and convenience. A large modern kitchen with a four-seater island and all the amenities needed for cooking and enjoying great food. A near private beach is there for you to enjoy great walks and, if hardy, an ocean dip.

You will have full run of the whole house and yard. Note the Atlantic Pearl is right next door so outside space is partially shared.

We own the property next door and if we are there at the same time would be pleased to provide whatever assistance you need to fully enjoy the property. Our house manager lives near by.

A beautiful near private beach is at your doorstep. Rustic and Sandy shores are a perfect walk away. One needs to drive to get groceries and experience other beaches, such as Beach Meadows Beach. The nearest town Liverpool is about 20 minutes away. The iconic Lunenberg and Mahon Bay are 45 minutes away.

There is ample parking for up to four and more cars. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring house, Atlantic Pearl, which also might be hosting guests.

What a beautiful property. The finishes in the cottage were so nice and the entire cottage was clean and the host generously provides lots of things in the kitchen that you need for a short stay. Nothing better than getting up in the morning, making coffee and sitting on the deck and looking out on to the Ocean as the sun rises and listening to those calming waves. Nice home, beautifully unique location

Booking and checkin were flawless, and communications with the owner was essentially real time. The home is really nice, looks recently refurbished. We do VRBO regularly and i can say this place has the most nicely furnished kitchen I have ever seen.

Cottage inside was newly renovated , the massive kitchen island overlooked the beach .

The newly renovated cottage has a lot of character , very clean and spacious . The owner left us numerous items in the fridge and cabinets to make our stay stress free. Thank you

Time With Family

Location was lovely and quiet. House very clean and comfortable. Kitchen superbly well equipped -you will need nothing except food! Arthur was always quick to reply Check-In no problem The second much larger property is very close to this unit just across “their” driveway. If they are home it will make loading and unloading your car more of a task. If the party in the large house is outside on the deck it will effect precious peace and quiet. Perhaps just check if ATLANTIC PEARL is rented.
