Located within the historic Ocean Point Colony community, this lovely 1BR cottage is nestled on beautiful Linekin Bay. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views from your private slice of paradise -- complete with approximately 200 feet of waterfront and a dock.
Under 10 minutes from east Boothbay for easy accessibility to shops and restaurants.
LIVING AREA
Cozy up in the matching chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Make some popcorn and watch a movie on the 32” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and gadgets to create delicious meals.
When you are ready to eat, dine at the four-person table.
BED & BATH
This two-story cottage sleeps two guests.
The upstairs bedroom features a plush queen bed, armchair, and incredible bay views and there is a twin murphy bed in the common area of the home. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy morning coffee and the fresh sea breeze on the screened porch. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout.
An expansive, grassy yard offers a sundeck with seating for two, while a walkway leads you to the waterfront dock.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and driveway parking for two cars are provided.
Although this cottage is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Maine’s mild summer weather.
If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent cottage for additional space (located across the yard).
Please note the yard and dock are shared with the next-door cottage.
LOCATION
Dine at Lobsterman’s Wharf, just 4 miles away. Drive 9 miles to the Maine State Aquarium, the Boothbay Railway Village, or the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. For additional exploration, head 10 miles to the Burnt Island Lighthouse.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
