“Noise from highway all night long No power day we left. Couldn't take shower as bathroom was totally dark. Several of the emergency lights in the hallway were not operating. Had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 70 years old with heart problems.”

“Room was good. The noise from the illegals that were being housed there, was ridiculous at night. When I spoke to the night desk clerk to address the matter, seeing they were being loud at 1130 at night, he did nothing and felt it wasn't an issue that pertained to him. ”

“We stayed there for back to back weekends. The property is under renovations but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. Just wish there was a better breakfast option.”

“Had to change room as bed boards were broken. Got new room but shower products and tissues were very low almost empty ”

“Very relaxing place, great interior and exterior, obviously inspired by Monet’s Giverny. Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Fantastic room, apart from somewhat shaky wi-fi. The perfect spot to end our three week tour in New England!”

“Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return.”

“Just a few issues, first one was there was no chair to relax in my room. Twice I went to.my room down a very long corridor only to discover the key card didn't work bit of a pain.....I had to head back to reception.....twice! On the positive side the breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.”

“My room was clean and the location was convenient for my travels to Rhode Island. I do believe the building could benefit from a facelift on the outside, and there is really no security whatsoever. The front desk was mainly unattended while I was there and there is no key card or anything to prevent non-guests from entering the property through the front door and right through another door to the !st floor of guest rooms. This made it feel a bit unsafe for me traveling alone.”

“Very outdated but think it’s being renovated! Breakfast not worth the money charged, food cold & coffee urn empty at 8am, had to wait while small pot was brewed? Staff however very nice!”
