“Toilet seat was hanging on by a thread & almost came completely off when you sat on it. There were NO cups or glasses in room. The ice bucket was full of water from previous guest. There were no plastic bags to line the ice bucket. The shower head was broken & could not be adjusted. I am appalled the Windhaym Corp allows their name to be associated with such a poor property. It is rated a 3 star hotel on Expedia. IT IS NOT. Barely a 1 star. Makes me not trust Expedia in the future.”

“For this to be a one night stay overall it was just okay, I got to the hotel early for check in and had to be moved to a handicap accessible unit because there were no other units available. Which I was fine with because I needed to get to my room and get ready for an event that was happening in a couple of hours. My disappointment came when I got to the room, there was what looked like poop on the toilet and walls in the bathroom and then some brown stuff on the walls in the room next to one of...
