“Clean and quiet in a good area”

“The room was clean and inviting. The air conditioning worked wonderfully! The staff seemed dutiful. I was most impressed by the constant security of the property by officers and not just cameras.”

When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...
