The open-concept floor plan creates a welcoming space for groups, with multiple areas to gather comfortably. Private and marked hiking trails wind through the woods and fields, offering scenic walks directly from the property with beautiful views of the Catskill Mountains (additional hiking outside the property include the expansive Mount Greylock in the Berkshires and Beebee Hill-Harvey Mountain located in Columbia County, NY). The grounds also feature a small working garden and a beautiful orchard with 60 apple and peach trees, where guests can pick fruit directly from the trees during harvest season, creating a fun and memorable experience for families and groups. A picturesque pond shaded by a willow tree provides another peaceful corner to explore, where deer and other wildlife are often spotted nearby. SECURITY AWARENESS: 4 exterior cameras are installed facing outward for guest and property safety. There are NO interior cameras, and cameras do not actively record sound during guest stays.
PET POLICY: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome at the property.
