“What was good: Excellent location to my home. This was for my mom who lives out of town. Very welcoming entrance, bright light, plenty of comfortable seating in the foyer and on the patio. Accessible rooms have the bars in the shower as well as the seat for you to pull down. The room was very large. What wasn't good: Customer service. When we arrived the system was down so they had to write down everything--this was not a problem. I absolutely understand that technology is good when it works...
